Aquablast shivered. She could feel someone staring at her.“Bumblebee, is anyone staring at me?” she asked with looking back. She was sitting at her usual lunch table with Wheelie and Bumblebee.Bumblebee glanced over Aquablast’s shoulder. “That creep from yesterday.”
“Is he still looking?”
“Nope.”
Aquablast turned around. Starscream was drilling his eyes into her back. She quickly turned away. “I thought you said he wasn’t looking!”
“Sorry.”
Wheelie seemed confused about the whole matter. “Wheelie doesn’t know that guy. Who is he?”
Bumblebee answered. “That’s one of the new students. His name is Starscream.”Wheelie looked real serious as he said. “Poor Aquablast. It’s Aquablast’s first week and she already has an enemy.”
Aquablast smiled. And she laughed a little.
“What?”
“You said it so serious like. I thought it was funny.” She laughed a little more. It felt nice to laugh. She hadn’t slept well, jumping at every noise she heard. She was more on edge than normal, and she wasn’t sure why. A sudden outburst took her thoughts of herself away.
“Get out of my way, punk!” Starscream shouted. Blurr was backing away and replying, “I’m sorry, I’m sorry, I’m sorry, I’m sorry!! I didn’t mean to! I really didn’t!” Starscream’s fists balled up, and before anyone could do anything, Blurr was knocked to the ground. He gave a shout in pain.
“Hey, leave Blurr alone!” Sideswipe shouted as he took a step forward. Sunstreaker followed.
“You guys want a beating too?” Starscream asked. Aquablast slowly made her way through the crowd and watched Starscream.
“He’s easily angrier. That could be is weakness.” Aquablast muttered. Wheelie ran to help Blurr up, and Bumblebee followed. “Bumblebee, wait!” Aquablast called as she tried to follow him. A few people moved in her way, but she managed to squeeze past them and caught up to him.
“You!” Starscream exclaimed. He moved toward Bumblebee, but Aquablast slid in front of him. For some reason, Starscream didn’t notice, and sent punch towards Bumblebee. Aquablast raised her hand, and caught the fist.
“Don’t even think about it.” She said as she looked up at him.  He tried to move his hand out of her grasp, but Aquablast’s fingers tightened around it. “Remember what I said?” she asked quietly. Starscream glared, and Aquablast released her hand. Starscream tried again, but Aquablast ducked and punched him in the stomach. Staggering back a little, his head bent down allowing Aquablast to punch him again, this time higher up. He fell backwards and looked up at her. A small trickle of blood ran out of his mouth, and he whipped it away in surprise. He looked at his hand, and then at Aquablast. She held up the hand she had held his fist and punched him with, and took her other hand out from behind her. She grinned sheepishly. “One hand behind my back, Starscream. One hand.”
Starscream scrambled up and whispered, “I’ll get you for this.” He stormed out of the cafeteria, followed by other Decepticon students. Aquablast turned to Bumblebee, who was staring strangely.
“Hey, I kept my promise, didn’t I?” she replied. Bumblebee laughed, and Wheelie looked more confused than ever.
“Man, do you know what you just did?” a voice asked. Aquablast turned to see Jazz stare at her in amazement, once again. “You just took out the top student at the Decepticon Academy.” He gave her a small punch on the shoulder. “You’re tough, real tough.”
“Uh… thank you?”
Bumblebee laughed again. “He’s right, you know.”
Aquablast swallowed. “But by the looks of it, sir isn’t too pleased.”
“Who’s sir?”
Aquablast pointed over the crowd. Optimus Prime and a man who none of them recognized walked over. The crowd parted. Optimus’s arms were folded, and the other man looked angry.
“What’s going on here?” Optimus asked. Aquablast’s cheeks turned red, and she began to stutter.
“Uh… I-”
“There was a fight, sir. Starscream and Blurr got into an argument, and it turned into a fist fight.” Sunstreaker answered. “Aquablast stood up for Blurr, and Starscream attacked him. She fought back in self defense.”
Wheelie chimed in. “Please don’t be angry at Aquablast! He did nothing wrong.”
“Now who said I was angry?”
Everyone remained silent. Aquablast was trembling. She didn’t want him angry, because something inside her head told her that something bad would happen if he did.
“All right, lunch dismissed.” He shouted. Everyone muttered as they headed for the exits. Aquablast breathed a sigh of relief. <At least he didn’t get angry.> she thought.---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------The rest of the day didn’t go well. She ended up coming back to her dorm with a very nasty headache and the awful feeling of that she was going to hurl. She even had trouble walking strait. She collapsed on the bed, and looked at the clock. It read seven o’clock at night. She managed to pull herself out of bed to get ready for the next day, but only got half way done. Feeling a sharp pain in her head, Aquablast collapsed onto the floor near in the kitchen, and became delirious.
About an hour later, Red Alert showed up. He could hear the television on, but no sign of Jazz of Aquablast. But something felt wrong. “Hello? Anyone here?” He looked around. Aquablast’s shoes were by his bed. “Aquablast? Are you here?” He noticed the light on in the kitchen, and he cautiously entered. “Hello? You here Aqua- WHAT THE HECK?”
“Nnnnnn…” Aquablast groaned.
“Aquablast, you okay? Are you sick? Do you have a fever?” He touched Aquablast’s forehead. It felt like he had touched a stove. He jumped back and shouted. “You are sick!” He scooped up Aquablast and set him on his bed. Aquablast groaned a little more, and Red Alert called the office.
<Hello?>
“I need a medic at the C section at the dorms please. It’s an emergency!”
<What’s wrong?>
“I found one of my roommates collapsed on the floor. I think he’s delirious.”
<What’s his name?>
“Aquablast. He’s a new student here.” Red Alert head dead silence.
<Hang on, we’ll send someone right over.> and the woman hung up. Red Alert put the phone on its hook, and turned back to Aquablast. His forehead was drenched in sweat. Grabbing a rag, he whipped it off. “Good grief. You pushed yourself too hard.”
Ten minutes later, the medic arrived. His rusty red hair was pushed all over the place, and two red crosses were on his white coat. He examined her. “She’s going to be better soon. Just don’t let her push herself too hard.”
“That’s good that he-” Red Alert stopped dead. “She?”
“Yeah, she’s going to be better soon.”
“She?”
The medic turned. He looked annoyed. “What’s your problem? Aquablast is going to be better soon. She just needs some rest. Too much stress, in my opinion.”
“He’s a she?”
“Yes, Aquablast is a girl. I never approved of her sharing a room with two men, but Optimus decided that it was alright. Didn’t she tell you that?”Red Alert’s expression told all. “You thought she was a ‘he’.” Red Alert nodded, and then he turned thoughtful.
“That explains why Aquablast is such a good cook.”
“Huh?”
“Never mind. I’ll keep an eye on… her.”
The medic stood up. “I’ll be back to check on her tomorrow. Don’t let her leave the dorm. No, scratch that. Don’t let her leave this bed unless she has to.”
“Yes, sir.”
The medic stood up and walked out of the dorm. Red Alert turned back and looked at Aquablast. He felt her forehead. It was burning up. “Why didn’t that guy give me some medicine for you? Does he expect you to burn up like a piece of wood?” He flicked off the television and called Jazz to notify him of the incident.
<Hello?>
“Hey, Jazz.”
<What’s up, Red Alert? I’m kinda busy right now.>
“Just wanted to let you know that Aquablast is sick. And… when you get back I need to talk to you about something important.”
<Okay, see ya latter.>
“Bye.” He hung up the phone again and turned around, just to find the bed empty. “Where did you-” A flush from the bathroom answered his questions. Aquablast opened the door, dressed in a sleeveless shirt and a pair of shorts. She swayed as she walked and stumbled back into bed. She groaned and fell asleep. “You’re a strange one.” Red Alert mumbled, but he smiled. Another part of Aquablast made him laugh. And he had no idea why.
The third part of Aquablast's story. Her secret is getting harder to keep quiet each day, so another student found out when she got sick. She pushed herself too hard. And, she cleaned Starscream's clock, so to speak. :clap: YAY AQUABLAST!
